Kameleon projects are straight-forward; Tieturi uses a customer-tested, concept-based system for preparing your organization for the Kameleon document template solution.

1. Assess Needs/Opportunities 

Together with the client we determine the requirements and possibilities of the organization to exploit the Kameleon solution as well as the feasible interfaces with operating systems or document management systems.

2. Define and plan

We examine custom features and functions.

3. Set the timetable

We phase the project implementation according to the requirements of the client. The basic project package includes system setup, orientation, support and start-up. Creating content that adds value and implementing requested integrations will be carried out separately.

4. Introduce and demonstrate

Information motivates employees to use new tools. Users, administrators and content providers receive complete instruction guides to Kameleon. The guide facilitates the implementation of the template set within the company.

5. Train and start up

Tieturi offers several Kameleon training options: Information Memos, virtual courses, classroom training and training included in other Tieturi courses, such as MS Word courses. Courses for administrators and content producers are available as well.

6. Maintain and enhance

The Kameleon maintenance contract includes a free helpdesk service for the company contact person. The client may choose to maintain the contents of the solution within the company or to outsource them to Tieturi.
