Tieturi signs major agreement with new partner in India

Tieturi Oy, the Nordic region’s largest provider of ICT and project management training, has signed an agreement with Indian-based Emerge Learning Services Limited, under which the two companies will offer ICT training to customers worldwide and work together in product development.

Tieturi, its Swedish subsidiary Informator, and Emerge Learning Services are together able to offer more than 800 courses. The companies will work together on product development projects and market their courses globally. Tieturi’s major customers in Finland and Sweden include ABB, Elisa, Ericsson, Fujitsu Services, the Social Insurance Institution of Finland, Microsoft, Nokia, TeliaSonera, Tieto, and Logica.

The growth and international expansion of our customers have been reflected in a strong upswing in the need for training for example in India over the last few years. Thanks to the new agreement, Tieturi’s training offering will grow significantly in India and elsewhere in South-East Asia, which will enable us to meet our customers’ training needs much more effectively,” says Timo Tiihonen, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tieturi.
