Ethical channel
We put great importance to openness and transparency which are the foundation of trust. We have an ethical channel that allows employees and other stakeholders to report potential violations of our values and principles. The Ethical Channel is a confidential way for our employees and other parties to report unethical and/or illegal practices that they detect and/or suspect in their own or its partners’ activities.
Our employees can also contact their manager or HR person. All allegations made in good faith about violations of the Code of Conduct and/or the law will be investigated impartially. Our owner Wetteri Plc is responsible for ensuring that employees do not face negative work-related sanctions due to the report. The identity of the supplier will be treated confidentially, respecting the anonymity chosen by the person.
