Competence is not a cost – if it can be measured and verified

IPMA C is one of the most recognised project management certifications worldwide – and one of the most popular ways to prove your expertise. But achieving the certification is not just about taking an exam. It is a process that requires documented experience, a deep understanding of the standard and the right preparation strategy.

IPMA C Certification in Project Leadership training has two clear goals: to maximise your success rate in the certification exam and to strengthen your skills as a project manager. You will be guided step by step through the application process, the core elements of the ICB 4.0 standard, and targeted practice tasks that show you exactly what is expected.

The result: confidence in the exam, credibility with both clients and management, and a certification that is recognised even in places where you are not yet known.

Certification

The training fee for PRY members is 2900 €, including the training and certification. When registering for the training, please indicate “PRY member” in the Additional Information field.

The training includes the IPMA C certification. Registration for the certification exam is completed directly through PRY’s certification system at https://sertifiointi.pry.fi, and applications from candidates must be submitted to PRY four (4) weeks prior to the exam date (C level). Before registering, we recommend reviewing the certification requirements and the exam schedule on PRY’s website.

Tieturi also organizes certification exam dates exclusively for participants of our trainings. The spring exam dates are March 25, 2026 and June 11, 2026, and these are listed in the system as Private Event. When registering, billing details must be provided. In the billing section, it is sufficient to select e-invoicing and enter Tieturi as the company. With these details, the system allows you to proceed with submitting the required attachments for the application.

Participants are expected to independently familiarize themselves with the IPMA certification process, the requirements of the certification level, and the certification application prior to attending the training. We recommend ordering the certification application package.

Agenda

The training begins with a Kick-off orientation lecture on 18 November 2025, 9:00–10:00 (Teams). During this session, participants get to know each other and align on objectives. You will gain a clear understanding of the IPMA C certification requirements, application process and assessment, as well as practical guidance for preparation. This stage ensures you start with the right focus and know exactly what the certification journey requires.
