Copilot Champions – Super User Role In Action

Access expert-led QA training live online, wherever you learn best.

Overview

Successful Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption depends on more than technology. It relies on people who can build confidence, encourage collaboration, and support colleagues as they integrate AI into their daily work. We believe organisations achieve lasting change when learning is applied and shared across teams.

This half-day workshop prepares Microsoft 365 Copilot Champions to become effective super users who promote adoption, provide practical support, and help colleagues develop confidence using Copilot. Rather than teaching learners how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot itself, the workshop focuses on the Champion role, support strategies, community engagement, and continuous improvement. Participants explore practical techniques for supporting colleagues, encouraging adoption, gathering feedback, and creating an action plan that helps drive long-term organisational success.
