Prepare for success.

In this PRINCE2® Foundation training, you will become familiar with the PRINCE2® project management method in accordance with the latest version (7th edition). After completing the course, you will be able to apply this project management framework in your own projects, either as a project manager or as a member of a project team. This training prepares you to take the PRINCE2 7 Foundation certification exam, should you choose to do so. The certification exam is included in the course fee. 

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is one of the most widely used process-based methods for effective project management. As its name suggests, PRINCE2 aims to create a well-controlled environment for delivering projects through proven best practices. Originally developed in the United Kingdom and within the ICT sector, this project management methodology has since been adopted globally (in over 150 countries) across all industries. Well over one million project professionals have been certified in the PRINCE2 method. 

During the training, you will receive an exam voucher to complete the certification, along with instructions on how to book your exam. The exam is taken remotely on your own computer at a time of your choosing. We recommend taking the exam within approximately one week after the training. The exam voucher is valid for one year.
