This one-hour webinar provides an introductory overview of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and explains how it supports organisations in scaling Agile ways of working beyond a single team.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of why scaling Agile is challenging, how SAFe® is structured, and how its key roles and planning approaches help align strategy with execution across teams and programmes.
