Overview

This course introduces the key principles and practical techniques required to support business change in a digital context. Designed for individuals involved in or impacted by change initiatives, it provides a foundational understanding of how to drive business benefit through effective change implementation. Learners will explore how to design and implement business changes that span people, processes, technology, and information, while aligning with organisational objectives. The course supports the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis as one of the knowledge-based pathway options.

Exams and assessments

This course includes a BCS Foundation Certificate in Digital Business Change exam voucher. The exam is a one-hour, closed-book, multiple-choice assessment via remote proctor. Learners must schedule the exam to take place after the course. The exam voucher expires 12 months after confirmed attendance of the course.

Hands-on learning

Learners will explore real-world scenarios to develop practical understanding of business change processes. The course includes facilitated exercises, frameworks, and analysis techniques that help bridge theory and application across case-based examples.
