Overview

This participative 3-hour workshop helps learners strengthen their leadership style by exploring the mindsets, habits, and behaviors that shape how they lead under real workplace pressure. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and realistic team-based scenarios, participants compare different leadership approaches and consider when each is most effective. The session blends individual insight with collaborative problem-solving, giving learners the chance to test styles in action, recognize common pitfalls, and build the adaptability needed to lead confidently in changing situations. Learners leave with a clear leadership profile and a simple toolkit they can apply immediately in their role.

Exams and assessments

There are no formal examinations for this programme. Participants will complete guided self-assessments, peer feedback activities, and reflective exercises designed to reinforce self-awareness and measure progress against leadership presence goals.
