This participative 3-hour workshop helps learners strengthen their strategic thinking by exploring the mindsets, habits, and pitfalls that shape long-term decision-making. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and realistic case studies, participants learn how vision, alignment, and structured analysis support clearer strategic choices. The session blends individual insight with collaborative problem-solving, giving learners the chance to test tools such as SWOT, horizon scanning, and scenario planning in live practice.
