Overview

Influence is one of today’s most valuable workplace skills, essential for collaboration, trust and achieving results at every level. This interactive 90-minute session introduces practical ways to communicate clearly, adapt your approach and build genuine engagement.
Through short discussions and real examples, participants explore what makes influence effective, how to ensure messages land, and how to create conditions where people want to contribute and commit.

Prerequisites
