Overview
AI transformation brings significant technological challenges for organizations – but the human dimension is often overlooked. To truly harness AI’s transformative potential, organizations must cultivate the human skills needed to navigate change, overcome uncertainty, and foster the creativity that drives innovation.
This unique and highly participative course equips managers and leaders across all sectors to address the people-centered challenges of AI. It explores the broader business context, the human skills required for successful adoption, strategies for managing fear and resistance, and ways to help individuals and teams feel confident and empowered in an AI-driven world – unlocking new value through creative engagement with emerging technologies.
Learners will engage in individual and group planning, challenge identification, solution generation.
Prerequisites
Learners should familiarise themselves with their organization’s AI governance policies and, ideally, bring along a means of access these during the course.
Target Audience
Managers and leaders at first-line to senior levels wanting to create a culture that embraces the challenge and opportunities of AI.
Objectives
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
