Overview
This course is suitable for anyone who struggles to plan, organise and manage their time during the working week and anyone who feels overloaded in their work. This course is also for people who are not utilising the Microsoft 365 tools and may not be as digital at work as they want to be.
Prerequisites

It is assumed that attendees on this course have some knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook 2007-2019 / 365 and are business tools users

In-depth exposure to any of the Office products is not required

- Understand the need for discipline and agility at work
- Best practise and tips to creating a weekly and daily sprint
- How to manage tasks by creating a workflow
- Understand some of the common tools available to help you plan such as Teams, Outlook, Planner and Forms

- Best practise to plan your day
- Understand your general daily workflow and how you might be using the Microsoft 365 apps along the way
- Create a workflow to help you prioritise
- Understand the range of daily / weekly sprint planning tools available to you
- How to organise your time more efficiently
- Behaviours that make a difference and how to take charge of your workload
Note: This session can be delivered as a full day interactive session with more hands-on time with M365 apps.
