Mastering Your Communication Skills

Access expert-led QA training live online, wherever you learn best.

Overview

Communication breaks fastest when the stakes are high and meaning starts to slip. Hybrid channels, constant noise and speed make trust fragile and misunderstanding expensive, especially in sensitive or complex moments. In this 3-hour mastery workshop, participants bring live communication challenges and work through a realistic case where clarity unravels under pressure. The session builds capability in making meaning in ambiguity, holding human connection, influencing through dialogue, and choosing tone and channel deliberately in modern work, including digital and AI. Structured peer questioning and feedback sharpen judgement throughout. Participants leave with clear principles and practical actions that strengthen communication habits in everyday conversations and organizational messaging.

Participants should have:

  • Experience in leadership, stakeholder engagement, or executive-level communication.
  • An understanding of organisational strategy and decision-making contexts.
