Overview
This course empowers Scrum Masters and agile practitioners to leverage AI tools and techniques to improve team facilitation, decision making, and delivery efficiency. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore prompt engineering, data analysis, AI driven planning, and ethical considerations. The programme culminates in earning a lifetime digital micro credential from Scrum Alliance.
