Overview
This foundational micro credential provides learners with a clear and actionable understanding of the Scrum framework. Delivered via interactive live instructor-led sessions, the course covers agile values, team roles, Scrum events, artifacts, and real-world scenario-based simulation. Upon completion, participants earn a lifetime-valid digital badge from Scrum Alliance. The typical course duration is approximately 4 hours.
Prerequisites
