Overview
This 2-day extension module provides practical guidance for governing AI responsibly, effectively, and at scale. It helps organisations and professionals capture the benefits of AI while managing its risks. The course covers the fundamentals of AI governance, the relationship between governance and management, key AI concepts, value creation, risk management, and the application of governance models. It prepares delegates to pass the ITIL® AI Governance (Version 5) qualification exam.

- Open book – The official ITIL AI Governance (Version 5) book may be used during the exam, including notes made within the text. No other reference materials are permitted
- 90-minutes duration
- Pass mark: 28 out of 40 (70%)
- The exam is delivered online via PeopleCert and can be taken at the learner’s convenience
