Christoph Sterkel oversees the B2B, D2C, and Marketplace strategy for Kellanova Europe. He joined Kellanova in 2020, which became part of the Mars family in December 2025. With more than a decade of FMCG and digital commerce experience, Christoph focuses on identifying and scaling new growth opportunities by evaluating emerging channels and running early-stage tests to validate assumptions. He launched the company’s first D2C and B2B shop as a proof of concept in Germany (kelloggs-shop.de), building capabilities and insights that are now being leveraged to explore new frontiers such as social commerce and marketplace acceleration. He is known for combining commercial rigor with hands-on execution to turn test-and-learn programs into scalable strategies.
