AI Empowered SAFe® Leading SAFe

Lead lean-agile transformation and accelerate value with AI.

As organizations race to stay competitive, leaders must master both the “operating system” of business agility and the transformative potential of AI.

This course provides the foundational knowledge to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise while integrating AI as a powerful work accelerant. You will learn to align complex organizations around clear goals, drive customer centricity, and use specific AI prompting techniques to streamline your leadership responsibilities.

By mastering the intersection of SAFe and AI, you will empower your teams to deliver higher quality solutions at unprecedented speeds.

Prerequisites

All are welcome to attend the course, no prerequisites are needed.

There are around 3 hours of mostly video-led learning – supported by additional reading – that will be accessed through SAFe studio. An account will need to be set up for this, but all instructions and support will be provided. This will be sent to all learners approximately 1 week prior to the course start date.

Exams and assessment

Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.

• Exam name: AI-Empowered SAFe Agilist exam for Leading SAFe
• Exam format: Multiple choice
• Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
• Exam access: Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the AI-Empowered SAFe® Leading SAFe course
• Exam duration: Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam
• Number of questions: 45
• Passing score: 80%
• Language: English

Attendees who pass the certification exam will receive:

• SAFe Agilist certificate
• An AI-Empowered SAFe Agilist 6.0 digital badge to promote your accomplishment online
• A one-year certified membership as a SAFe Agilist, which includes access to the SAFe Studio platform.
• Access to a variety of learning resources to support certified professionals during their SAFe journey

PDU credits

Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Scrum Education Units (SEUs)

Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward your continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications

Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under Category C, toward earning or renewing your CSP through Scrum Alliance
