Introduction 

Over four focused, live sessions (4 hours each), you’ll work through the five dimensions of the Agentic Enterprise and apply them directly to your organization. You’ll leave with a clear transformation roadmap, a business case to gain alignment, and a plan to manage blockers and resistance. 

You’ll also receive a digital toolkit to lead the change. That includes the Agentic AI Enterprise capabilities model, guided planning templates, customizable tools, and dashboards with KPIs: everything you need to measure progress, communicate value, and drive performance across teams.

Objectives: 

By the end of the bootcamp, participants will be able to:  

  1. Understand the five dimensions of a high-performance agentic enterprise and the key capabilities enterprises need to invest in to successfully become agentic. 
  1. Apply all core concepts by designing a high-level agentic enterprise transformation roadmap incl. ‘a journey to the first basecamps’ based on an analysis of their own organization.  
  1. Creating a value case for becoming an agentic enterprise. 
  1. Identify risks, opportunities and guardrails required when creating agentic enterprises, and reflect on how to overcome resistance and organizational inertia. 

Audience 

This bootcamp is designed for the people driving real change inside the enterprise: transformation leads, product and portfolio owners, platform and engineering leaders, capability builders, and strategic enablers across L&D, DevOps, and architecture. If you’re tasked with turning AI pressure into practical outcomes, this is built for you.
