Introduction to Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Overview

This is a short 1-day course to introduce the new AI tool of Microsoft Copilot to the Dynamics platform. Specifically, we look at Dynamics 365 Copilot within the Sales application. This course will also look at the technical setup of Dynamics 365 Copilot.

Prerequisites

Delegates should be familiar with cloud technology and some experience of the Power Platform will be an advantage.

Please note:

• Learners attending this course virtually will be required to have two screens and have a common web browser installed such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. The web browser needs to have the ability to load an in-private or incognito window (some organisations block this).
