Participants should have a basic understanding of ISO management systems and audit principles. Prior experience with anti-bribery compliance is beneficial but not mandatory.

The PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Auditor eLearning course provides in-depth training for conducting audits of Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001. The course is delivered online via the PECB KATE app and includes high-quality video lectures, animations, scenario-based quizzes, and downloadable resources. It is designed for professionals aiming to acquire the competencies needed to audit ABMS processes and ensure compliance with anti-bribery best practices.

The course is structured into the following key modules:

1. Introduction to ISO 37001 and audit fundamentals

   • Overview of ABMS concepts, ISO 37001 structure, and auditing principles based on ISO 19011

2. Audit principles, preparation, and launching an audit

   • Managing an audit program, risk-based auditing, and initiating an audit

3. On-site audit activities

   • Conducting audit activities, collecting evidence, and working with audit teams

4. Closing the audit

   • Audit documentation, nonconformity reporting, and final audit report

5. Certification exam

   • Online proctored exam for the PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Auditor credential

This training enables participants to interpret ISO 37001 requirements from an auditor’s perspective and apply internationally recognized audit techniques. The course also prepares candidates to sit for the certification exam and apply for the PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Auditor credential.
