Think bigger - become a strategic product owner
You already know what product ownership is. Now it's time to become a strategic influencer - one who sees value before it's even created.
Product Owner II training is for experienced product owners and experts who want to take their skills to the next level. You'll learn how customer value is really created, how to measure it and how to influence product direction in the face of uncertainty. The training also dives into scaled product ownership: how to lead development with multiple teams and stakeholders without splitting responsibility or losing focus.
You will learn about customer insight, hypothesis thinking and impact proofing, among other things. The training will also prepare you for PSPO-II certification - and most importantly for a role where you not only manage the development pipeline, but steer the product vision in a strategic and sustainable way.
If you are an experienced Product Owner without certification, you can purchase both the Product Owner I and Product Owner II training courses at the same time at a reduced price of 2745 € + VAT (normally 3280 € + VAT). To claim the discount, please mention "Product Owner combined" in the additional information field of the registration form.
The Product Owner II (POII) training is also available in Finnish, learn more about it here.

For whom is the training for?
This training is designed for you if you’re not satisfied with the product evolving – but want to make sure it evolves in the right direction. You may be a product owner, product or development manager, business expert, configurator or Scrum Master, and you want to strengthen your ability to combine customer insight, business goals and agile development into an impactful whole.
If decision making, stakeholder engagement and value realisation are part of your everyday life – or you want them to be – this training will give you the tools, confidence and strategic insight you need to move to the next level. Whether you’re at the edge of development or leading the way, you’ll learn how to create meaningful value that translates into both customer and business outcomes.
Additional information for participants
- Mastery of Agile and Scrum basics is a prerequisite. The training does not go in-depth into Scrum practices but covers topics that enable true product ownership and value creation in an agile environment.
- Remote training (and hybrid training for remote participants) will use virtual whiteboards (e.g. Mural/Miro), in which case proficiency in their use will be an advantage.
- The training prepares participants to take the Level 2 Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO-II) certification test after the training as an online test. One attempt of the certification test is included in the training price.
