Tester of the Year 2023

Since 2008, Tieturi and the testing knowledge community, TestausOSY, have been awarding the Tester of the Year, a prestigious recognition award for testing.

So, look back over the past year and think about which testing professional could be Tester of the Year 2023!

The Tester of the Year nominee should be, for example:

• Inspired colleagues or other organizations to do even better testing.
• Brought testing ideas and trends from around the world to Finnish testing.
• Contributed positively to the development of a testing culture in their own organization.
• Influenced the performance of testing activities (testing coverage, number of defects found, etc.) In their own company or community.
• Made innovations, rationalizing improvements, or developed new ways of doing testing,
• Contributed to the emergence of the testing profession in our country.
• Contributed positively to the development of the Finnish testing culture and the testing profession.
• Or in other ways improved access to testing.

The Tester of the Year vote is public and open to all. You can find more information and a list of Testers of the Year 2008-2022 on the TestausOSY website.

In addition to the honour and visibility, the Tester of the Year will also receive a prize: free participation in a Tieturi in-house course of their choice.
