Who should attend Leadership in Practice training?

The training is aimed at new and more experienced managers as well as experts who want to develop their management skills. 

Experiences and best practices are shared with the coaching training model.

Leadership in Practice

In the Leadership in Practice training, you will gain concrete skills for day-to-day management work and interaction situations.

You will reflect on leadership from the point of view of the success of the work community and of frontline work. You will get a comprehensive view of the whole of local management and a goal-oriented starting point for development.

Content

Module 1: Leading people - a good leadership, 2 days

  • The basic role, function and responsibilities of a leader
  • Good interaction and leadership
  • Remote management
  • Coaching leadership
  • Leading change
  • How to handle challenging situations, e.g. corrective feedback


Module 2: Basics of labor law & the developing chaperone - self-management, 3 days

  • Structure and nature of labor law
  • The employer's right to manage the work
  • General obligations of the parties
  • The life cycle of an employment relationship from contract to termination of employment
  • Corporate culture and values-based management
  • Giving and receiving feedback
  • Development discussions
  • Self-awareness, self-management
  • 360 analysis (this also involves intermediate and follow-up tasks)

We use an advanced digital learning environment for this training.
