Agile leadership

This training focuses on the core skills of agile leadership. You will learn how leadership has changed with the rise of agile and self-managing teams, and what structural and operational changes are needed due to increased agility in organizations. Get practical tools and tips on how to act as an agile leader to get the best out of agility.

The world is changing rapidly and uncertainty in the business environment is growing. Traditional management models are no longer sufficient when the ability to adapt to rapid changes and make quick decisions is needed. Therefore, more and more companies are adopting agile methods and looking for agile leaders to drive their organization towards success. Agile leadership is not just a trend, but a proven and effective way to lead organizations. Research shows that companies managed using agile methods are more innovative, more efficient and more successful in competition.

Agile approaches have been adopted by many organizations, but they do not always produce the desired results. Often, success is not only due to agile teams, but the entire organization's management style and support for enabling success has determined whether agility really provides genuine value or whether it simply turns into a routine new process.

In this training, you will learn the principles and practices of functional agile leadership under the guidance of an experienced expert.

The course material is in English.
