Networking in Google Cloud

This course builds on foundational networking concepts within Google Cloud. Participants will learn to design, deploy, and manage Google Cloud network architectures, including VPC networks, subnets, interconnection, load balancing, Cloud CDN, and more. It includes a mix of presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on labs to ensure practical skills application.

By the end of the course, learners will:

• Design, configure, and manage Google Cloud VPC networks and subnets
• Implement network connectivity and traffic management strategies
• Optimize network performance using Google Cloud tools like CDN and Service Tiers
• Secure and monitor network resources with tools like Cloud Firewall, IDS, and VPC Flow Logs
• Configure and manage load balancing and private network connections

• Completion of Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure course or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the seven-layer OSI model, IPv4 addressing, and managing IPv4 routes
