This module offers another case study to discuss how to use the PRINCE2 Agile framework in real projects. It provides:

Practitioner Module 4: PRINCE2 Agile Tolerances and Targets

This module provides a further three case studies and goes into detail about ‘tolerances’ and ‘targets’ in PRINCE2 Agile projects. It provides:

• A series of three case studies where learners apply the framework’s tolerances and targets to an element of a project
• Evaluate the effectiveness of how tolerances and targets have been applied

Practitioner Module 5: PRINCE2 Agile Focus Areas

This module has candidates utilize the Principles, Themes, and Processes of PRINCE2 Agile in several case studies. By the end of this Part 2 module, candidates will be prepared to tailor PRINCE2 to suit individual projects. The module provides:

• A series of three case studies where learners have to tailor the PRINCE2 Principles, Themes, Processes, and management products to an area of the project
• Evaluate how effective the tailoring has been

Exams

This course is designed to fully prepare students to sit the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner examinations. There is no prerequisite for taking this course. However, in order to be eligible for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination, students must pass the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam. Other viable qualifications include:

• PRINCE2 Foundation
• Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
• Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
• IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
• IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
• IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam:

• Closed book
• All questions are multiple-choice
• There are 50 questions per paper (each worth one mark)
• 28 marks are required to pass (55%)
• Candidates will have one hour (60 minutes) to complete the exam

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam:

• Objective testing
• Open book (only official hard copies of the official PRINCE2 Agile guide will be allowed. Printed PDF copies and digital copies stored on electronic devices will not be permitted in exam environments)
• There are 50 questions per paper (each worth one mark)
• 30 marks are required to pass (60%)
• Candidates will have two and a half hours (150 minutes) to complete the exam
