Exam Information 

This ITIL 4: Digital and IT Strategy (DITS) course is structured to equip candidates to successfully pass the ITIL 4: Digital and IT Strategy certification assessments. Included in the course are several DITS practice exams, alongside a FREE exam voucher, to aid in preparation. 

Eligibility Requirements:  

To qualify for the exam, students must meet one of the following prerequisites:

Voucher Information:  

Exam voucher requests are usually processed within two working days; however, please allow up to five days. It is essential that students request their exam voucher during the course access period, which begins on the date of purchase. For additional details, visit the GEL Support & FAQs page. 

Assessment 1: Case Study Assignments 

Throughout the course, students will complete assignments based on case studies, which are graded using an assessment matrix: 

  • Four assignments, each lasting 60 minutes, with a passing mark of 75% 
  • Assignments are open-book, allowing reference materials during the assessment 

Assessment 2: Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) 

At the course's conclusion, students must pass a multiple-choice examination. Completion and passing of the case study assignments are prerequisites for this exam: 

  • The exam is a proctored online multiple-choice test lasting 60 minutes 
  • This is a closed-book exam; only materials provided during the test are allowed 
  • The passing score for the exam is 70%, requiring candidates to correctly answer 21 out of 30 questions 

In the event of failing the first case study assessment, candidates may be offered an additional written assignment based on the same case study to qualify for the multiple-choice exam.
